Centreing the Microscope Lamp (3).
The filament image is correctly centred. When the light source of a free-standing lamp has been centred, take a line of sight along the lamp housing to check that the image is on the lamp's geometrical centre. This will usually be the case. If it is not, the alignment of the lamp condenser elements should be checked. |
